And it continues

 

Another week, another nothing.  Yes, this week I did nothing.  No gain.  No loss.  Nothing.

Well, I didn't DO nothing.  I weighed and measured.  I tracked everything that passed my lips.  I ate less than my allotted points each day, used none of my weekly points.  I worked in the multiple days, not only at my job where I have to walk and lug a ladder, but also at farm sitting where I had to walk and lug water.  Not the same as real exercise, but more than my usual AND enough to make my ankles (which I broke in Feb, if you didn't know) scream in protest.

And still nothing happened weight-wise.

Soon will come the second guessing of the powers that be.  You aren't actually writing down everything you eat.  You aren't aware of what a real portion size is.  Maybe you need to exercise more.  And on and on it goes.

What is actually true is that my body is weird and hates me.  It doesn't like to lose weight, it doesn't care what I do to try.

But I am going to keep trying.  I need to be successful.  Let's hope there is a bit of a move in the right direction next week because repeated failure is hard to take.
